This is the pleated center panel of the 1964 skirt pattern (directions in the Skirts Booklet). It's in the darker color way that sold out, but same fabric. Excellent quality from a well known English mill that will have you creating a very on-trend skirt or dress this season. Whether it's a simple straight skirt with an easy layout side by side in a length or a darling pleated skirt, you can wear either with a slouchy, pullover sweater or boyfriend cardigan everywhere.
