The Animal Print Knit has a very subtle metallic accent scattered through it. It has a nice drape so it could be made into an interesting tunic similar to how it's draped on the form here. If you're short on sewing time, it could be made into a very simple top from the 1960 knit pattern and worn under a plain suit to dress it up a bit or dressed down with casual pants. The green wool works well with this as you can see it draped to the right.
The velveteen with the black ground and steele blue medallions would sew up quickly into a simple skirt. Pair it with a simple black jacket for a modern take on the suit or with a black sweater for a more casual look. |

A simple "smoke ring" scarf can change a neckline into something more interesting.
Though I knit this sweater, consider shortening the sleeves of an old sweater to update it and wear it over a plain knit top.
